• The prices are per unit/night for a basic occupancy of 2 persons and depend on the number of people, season and length of stay (for stays till 5 days we charge the maximum price, for stays till 3 days we charge the maximum price + 80€ for final cleaning), plus local tax.
• Extra charge for additional occupancy 45 € per night.
• Dogs and other pets are welcome in the Apple and Wine House for 10.00 € per day. In the Herbs House no dogs are allowed. We thank you for your understanding.
• The prices include our service changes (see below) and final cleaning.
• Special offers on request for longer stays in the early season.
• We would like payment in cash or by cheque.
• Your room will be available from 1 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure.
• Our cancellation charges are:
  20% for cancellations up to 30 days before day of arrival
  100% for cancellations after 30 days before day of arrival 
  The deposit will be withheld in case of cancellation.
• We will charge 100% of the entire reservation period for early departures.

• We also have special offers from November to May (except for New Year's Eve, Easter and Whitsuntide)!

• Die Preise verstehen sich pro Wohneinheit/Nacht bei einer Grundbelegung von 4 Personen und sind abhängig von der Personenanzahl (Mindestpreis pro Erwachsener 45€), Saison und der Aufenthaltsdauer (bei einem Aufenthalt bis 5 Nächte berechnen wir den Höchstspreis  + 100 Euro Servicepauschale, bei einem Aufenthalt bis 3 Nächte berechnen wir den Höchstpreis und zusätzlich 80€ für die Endreinigung + 100 Euro Servicepauschale), zuzüglich Ortstaxe.
